The
first vista one encounters hiking south of the eastern
Route 504 trail crossing is Whetstone Run. This vista
overlooks several drafts that form the small stream
draining southeast off the Allegheny Front. A ghostly
Bald Eagle Ridge is barely visible in the distance.
